I want to lift our sis up in prayer because there are so many people battling this & many trying to deal with it alone😔Please No jokes this is REAL & as human beings let’s keep the ones who are openly dealing with it uplifted & be encouraging to them! Love u @RealMichelleW❤️ https://t.co/XJEIPkbovf

Michelle reminded us all that self-care isn’t selfish – it’s as empowering as it can be. As Black women, we have so much on our shoulders to carry. It’s easy to undermine your negative thoughts and brush them off as an overreaction. But the well-being of your mind should always come first. We have to make time to acknowledge our feelings and be gentle with ourselves. Remember sis – if you’re struggling, seek help and take good care of your happiness, because you’re a queen 👸🏿
